Re: Wow -- Floating point FPU

I believe that one of the cores in the 54102 has a FPU baked in. What sort of penalty does the firmware take, wrt size, when including the FPU libraries?

Back to Basics

I was struggling a bit with my old gray matter not being as nimble & fluid as it used to be (sadly). This realization predicated that I go find and reacquire some old attrited knowledge, in the form of reference material. I came across some good references (a.k.a. 'gouge' for some of us military typ...

Re: Drivers Win7 for LPC11U37 "kickstarter version"

FYSA, I confirm that Win7 Pro X64 doesn't auto-resolve the drivers for the LPC11U37 ARMstamps.

I just installed the NXP driver installer (linked to on earlier pages - lpc_driver_setup.exe).

Same worked well and enabled connectivity with production ARMstamps from BT, and otherwise.

Re: LPC800-DIP

As info, I ripped out of NXP expresso stuff, the lib files for the 824. It is unaltered/unfettered - I just extracted it from a much larger set of device libs, given NXP presumably hasn't done so overtly. I offer it herein as this might be useful to others who may choose to pursue ARMbasic developme...

Re: Special purchase of LPC824 development boards from NXP

Thanks, olzeke51. Good info therein. I appreciate the deep-dive you did on this unit. Kudos. Hi Bruce! Thank you, kind sir. I am putzing around at the lake house and have found something that I can use to get my teeth back into this stuff, when I'm not on professional travel. I noted on olzeke51's t...

Special purchase of LPC824 development boards from NXP

Per this page, I understand that these units are a special purchase of a NXP product. I am trying to find additional details on what the boards are (pinouts, signal timing, etc. - i.e. a NXP user manual). Can someone please point me towards the relevant documentation at NXP's site? TIA.
